Garnish: 2 raspberries on a cocktail pick
Stir the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube.
Garnish with the raspberries.
Created by Jillian Vose, 2013. Pasquet Marie-Framboise is a lovely aperitif made by soaking raspberries in cognac and freshly harvested grape juice. It lightens up the drink and bridges the smoke bomb mezcal and bitter amaro.
