Add all of the ingredients and ice to a shaker, then shake, strain into a chilled glass, and garnish Pepperoncini BrineWhisk together 9 oz. of distilled white vinegar, 4 oz. of water, 2 1/2 oz. golden balsamic, 1 oz. of salt, and 1/3 oz. of sugar, until dissolved. Pour the liquid over 3 pepperoncinis. Let it sit for 1 week (the longer the better). Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
