Ingredients: 3 piece ripe peach slices; 2 oz Macchu pisco; 0.5 oz lime juice; 0.5 oz lemon juice; 0.75 oz acacia honey syrup; 1 tsp greek yogurt

3 pieceripe peach slices
2 ozMacchu pisco
0.5 ozlime juice
0.5 ozlemon juice
0.75 ozacacia honey syrup
1 tspgreek yogurt

Preparation

1.
In a shaker, muddle the peach slices.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
3.
Double strain into a snifter over 1 large ice cube.
4.
No garnish.
