Add all of the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, to a shaker with ice. Shake for about 20 times and pour into the glass over fresh ice. Top with the sparkling wine. Garnish. Miso HoneyCombine 1 Tbsp. of sweet white miso, 2 cups of honey, and 1 cup of water in a blender. Blend well and strain through a coffee filter. Will keep for a month stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
