Paloma

• 0.5 piecelime
• 2 ozel tesoro platinum tequila
• 0.5 ozsimple syrup
•  san pellegrino pompelmo grapefruit soda

Preparation

1. 1.

   Run a highball glass with kosher salt.

2. 2.

   Squeeze the lime into a shaker and drop it in.

3. 3.

   Add the tequila, grapefruit soda, and simple syrup and short shake with 3 ice cubes.

4. 4.

   Strain into the rimmed highball glass filled with ice cubes.

5. 5.

   Top with grapefruit soda.

6. 6.

   Garnish with the lime wheel and serve with a straw.
