Pacific Standard’s Seville Orange Sour

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozbourbon (Pacific Standard uses Evan Williams Bottled-in-Bond)
- 3/4 ozfresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ozrich simple syrup (2:1)
- 1/2 ozfresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)
- 1 1/2 tsporange marmalade
Preparation

Shake all of the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Twist a lemon peel over the drink and discard the twist.
