Pépé Le Moko Grasshopper

• 1 1/2 ozgreen crème de menthe
• 1 1/2 ozwhite crème de cacao
• 1 ozhalf and half
• 1 tspFernet-Branca
• 1 pinchsea salt
• 4 ozvanilla ice cream
• 1 cupcrushed ice
