1 ozPineapple Gum Syrup
1 ozmezcal
1 ozFernet-Branca
1 ozlemon juice
dashBittermens Burlesque Bitters

Garnish: lemon wheel

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass

Notes

A customer original by Michael S. made for our “Cruella” cocktail competition. This cocktail has the smokiness of the mezcal combined with the menthol of the Fernet-Branca making you think it's going to be a harsh drink, but comes out balanced and sophisticated.
