Optimist Old Fashioned

• 2 ozbourbon (Andrews uses 100-proof)
• 1/2 ozBénédictine
• 2 dasheschocolate bitters (or Bittermens Xocoltl Mole Bitters)
• 2 dashesReagan's orange bitters

   Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 15 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube and express an orange peel, then drop into the drink.
