One Trick Mule: An Irish Whiskey Highball

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozIrish whiskey
- 3/4 ozfresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ozCocchi Americano
- 1/4 ozhoney
- 1/4 ozapricot liqueur
- 1dash chocolate bitters
- 1 tspginger juice
- 2 ozclub soda, chilled
Preparation

Shake all of the ingredients except the club soda with ice, then strain into a nice-filled glass. Top with club soda.
