Olivette

• 0.5 ozSt-Germain
• 1 ozNoilly Prat dry vermouth
• 1 ozBombay Sapphire gin

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice

2. 2.

   Stir until chilled

3. 3.

   Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora or martini glass

4. 4.

   Garnish with a green olive (dropped in or speared)
