Olive Oil Sour From Bar Leone

• 1 ozbourbon
• 2/3 ozItalian brandy
• 1/3 ozoloroso sherry
• 1/2 ozhoney syrup (3:1 honey to water)
• 1/2 ozfresh lemon juice
• 1 tspextra-virgin olive oil
• 1fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)

   Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
