Ingredients: 0.25 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup; 1.5 oz barrel-aged gin; 1 oz black tea (chilled); 0.5 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco; 0.25 oz vanilla liqueur

1.5 ozbarrel-aged gin
1 ozblack tea (chilled)
0.5 ozLuxardo Bitter Bianco
0.25 ozvanilla liqueur

Garnish: pineapple wedge

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
2.
Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled highball glass with ice

Notes

The Old Rover is a dry, lightly bitter and tropical gin cocktail. A distant cousin to a Negroni, replacing vermouth with tea and remixing the flavors into a refreshing and summery cocktail.
