Ingredients: 1.75 oz cruzan scarlet ibis rum; 0.75 oz cruzan black strap rum; 1 oz dolin rouge vermouth; 1 tsp lazzaroni amaretto; 1 dash fee brothers whiskey barrel-aged bitters

Ingredients

1.75 ozcruzan scarlet ibis rum
0.75 ozcruzan black strap rum
1 ozdolin rouge vermouth
1 tsplazzaroni amaretto
1 dashfee brothers whiskey barrel-aged bitters

Garnish: 1 orange twist

Preparation

1.
Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe.

Garnish with the orange twist.

Notes

Created by Brian Miller, 2009. Black strap rum is tricky: you can't use a lot or it will take over the drink. Almost always used as a modifier.
