Ingredients
- 1 ozblanco tequila
- 1/2 ozfresh lime juice
- 1/2 ozturbinado syrup (1:1)
- 4 dasheschocolate bitters
- 4-5 mint leaves
- Dry sparkling wine, to top (roughly 1 oz.)
Preparation

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then fine strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish.
