Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozespadín mezcal (Barrio uses Los Vecinos del Campo)
- 1/2 ozoloroso sherry
- 1/2 ozAmaro CioCiaro
- 1/4 ozsimple syrup (1:1)
- 8 dropsmole bitters (Barrio uses Bittermens)

Stir all of the ingredients with ice, strain into a glass holding a large ice cube, then garnish.
