Normandy Old Fashioned

• 1½ oz. Calvados (Roquette uses Domaine du Manoir de Montreuil Réserve)
• 1½ oz. apple brandy (Roquette uses Laird’s 7½ Year)
•  ¼ oz. rich simple syrup (2:1)
• 2 dashesangostura bitters
• 1dash orange bitters
• 1dash pimento bitters

   Stir all of the ingredients with ice to chill, strain into a glass over a large ice cube, then garnish.
