Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
Chai-infused Irish whiskey: Add 4 vanilla chai teabags to a bottle of Irish whiskey and let steep for 4 hours. Remove the teabags before use.
Coffee-infused sweet vermouth: Combine 5 oz. of vermouth with 1 oz. of coffee beans. Let the mix sit for 90 minutes to infuse. Strain the beans out of the vermouth and discard.
