Negroni

• 1 ozgin
• 1 ozCampari
• 1 ozsweet vermouth

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.

2. 2.

   Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

3. 3.

   Garnish with an orange peel.
