Mucho Picchu

• 1.5 ozMacchu pisco
• 0.75 ozLuxardo maraschino liqueur
• 0.75 ozgrapefruit juice
• 0.5 ozsimple syrup
•  dry champagne

Preparation

   Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then double strain into a fancy fizz glass.

   Top with champagne and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
