Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish.
Hibiscus SyrupBring 2 cups of water to a boil and remove from heat. Add 1/4 cup of dried hibiscus tea and let steep for 4 minutes, until the liquid is deep magenta. Strain the liquid, then add 2 cups of sugar and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Keeps refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
