0.25 ozmaple syrup
0.25 ozpeach liqueur (Giffard Crème de Pêche recommended)

Garnish: candied ginger

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice

A play on a penicillin cocktail, with a touch of peach and notes of forest maple.
