Mojito

• 6 piecemint leaves
• 0.75 ozsimple syrup
• 2 ozcaña brava rum
• 1 ozlime juice
• 2 dropangostura bitters

Preparation

1. 1.

   In a shaker, gently muddle the mint and simple syrup.

2. 2.

   Add the remaining ingredients and whip (shake with a few pieces of crushed ice just until the ingredients are incorporated).

3. 3.

   Dump into a double rocks glass and fill the glass with crushed ice.

4. 4.

   Garnish with the mint bouquet in the center of the ice and serve with a straw.
