Ingredients
- 1 ozHighland single malt Scotch whisky
- 3/4 ozpear brandy
- 3/4 ozamontillado sherry
- 1 tspsimple syrup (2:1)
- 15 drops(1/8 tsp.) almond extract

Stir all of the ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a chilled glass, and garnish.
