Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozgin
- 3/4 ozrosé vermouth (Reiner uses Lustau Rose Vermouth)
- 3/4 ozfino sherry
- 1/4 tspamaro (Reiner uses Santoni)
Preparation
- 1.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
- 2.
Note: For the amaro, Reiner says Ramazotti or an even split of Campari and Aperol can serve as a substitute.
