Mezcal Negroni Sour

Ingredients
- 1 ozmezcal
- ½ oz. reposado tequila
- ¾ oz. Byrrh
- 1 ozCampari
- 2 dashessaline solution (1:1 water to Sel Gris)
- 1egg white (pasteurized, if you like)
- ¾ oz. orange juice
- ½ oz. lemon juice
Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and shake (without ice) to combine. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
