Ingredients: 0.75 oz Fiery Ginger Syrup; 1.5 oz mezcal (Montelobos); 0.5 oz lime juice; 0.5 oz egg white; 2 dashes lime bitters; 3 oz club soda

0.75 ozFiery Ginger Syrup
1.5 ozmezcal (Montelobos)
0.5 ozlime juice
0.5 ozegg white
2 dasheslime bitters
3 ozclub soda

Garnish: lime wedge

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker with ice
2.
Short shake for 5 seconds and strain into a highball filled with ice
3.
Top with club soda and stir
