Ingredients
- 0.25 ozRaspberry Gum Syrup
- 1.5 ozOld Tom gin
- 0.5 ozlemon juice
- barspoonblanche absinthe
Garnish: raspberry and lemon twist
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- 2.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled coupe
Notes
A dry and gin-forward sour using subtle hints of absinthe and raspberry.
