Ingredients: 0.5 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup; 2.5 oz fino sherry; 0.5 oz fresh lime juice; 0.25 oz Green Chartreuse; 0.25 oz falernum; 10 drops saline solution; piece of celery

2.5 ozfino sherry
0.5 ozfresh lime juice
0.25 ozGreen Chartreuse
0.25 ozfalernum
10 dropssaline solution
piece of celery

Garnish: cucumber ribbon

Preparation

1.
Muddle celery
2.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
3.
Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
4.
Strain into a chilled highball glass with crushed ice
