Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into the glass. Top with Peychaud’s bitters. Lychee SyrupPuree 1 cup of lychee puree and combine with 1/3 cup of granulated sugar in a saucepan. Heat gently until sugar dissolves. Cool and strain. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
