Preparation

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe.

No garnish.

Created by Joaquín Simó, 2009. A variation on the Sidecar (page 151) after the daughter of Alexandre Gabriel, who owns Pierre Ferrand. Has a rich mouthfeel from using such a small amount of sweetener.
