Ingredients: 1 oz tariquet vs classique bas-armagnac; 0.75 oz guilon-painturaud cognac grande champagne vsop; 0.75 oz busnel vsop calvados; 0.75 oz alvear festival pale cream sherry; 0.5 oz Dolin blanc vermouth; 0.75 oz maple syrup; 1 dash angostura bitters

Ingredients

1 oztariquet vs classique bas-armagnac
0.75 ozguilon-painturaud cognac grande champagne vsop
0.75 ozbusnel vsop calvados
0.75 ozalvear festival pale cream sherry
0.5 ozDolin blanc vermouth
0.75 ozmaple syrup
1 dashangostura bitters

Garnish: 1 fuji apple slice

Preparation

1.
Stir all the ingredients (except the lemon twist) over ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
2.
Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and discard.
3.
Garnish with the apple slice.
