Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain over fresh ince into the glass. Garnish. Tropical SyrupCombine 2 cups of demerara sugar, 1 1/2 cups of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice, 5 cinnamon sticks, and 1 whole nutmeg, grated in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, then let cool for 24 hours. Strain and bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
