Preparation

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe.

No garnish.

Created by Alex Day, 2009. A first foray into lower-alcohol cocktails using two pet ingredients: sherry and Amaro Nonino. It tastes similar to a Manhattan but much lighter.
