Ingredients: 1.5 oz appleton estate v/x rum; 0.25 oz la favorite rhum agricole ambre; 0.5 oz lime juice; 0.5 oz orgeat; 1 tsp vanilla syrup; 0.5 oz heavy cream; 2 dash angostura bitters; 1 pinch freshly ground nutmeg

0.5 ozlime juice
0.5 ozorgeat
1 tspvanilla syrup
0.5 ozheavy cream
2 dashangostura bitters
1 pinchfreshly ground nutmeg

Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg

Preparation

1.
Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a coconut mug filled with crushed ice.
2.
Garnish with a few grates of nutmeg and serve with a straw.
