Kew Gardens Cooler

• 2 piecethin cucumber wheels
• 2 ozbeefeater 24 gin
• 0.5 ozAperol
• 0.75 ozgrapefruit juice
• 0.5 ozscarlet glow syrup

Preparation

   In a shaker, muddle the cucumber wheels.

   Add the remaining ingredients and short shake with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

   Garnish with the cucumber ribbon skewered on a cocktail pick and serve with a straw.
