- 0.75 ozPineapple Gum Syrup
- 1.5 ozCampari
- 3 ozdry sparkling wine
- soda water
Garnish: lime wedge and pineapple leaves
Preparation

Add all ingredients except soda to a glass filled with ice
- 2.
Stir to combine and top with soda
