1.5 ozlight rum
0.5 ozJamaican rum (Smith & Cross recommended)
0.75 ozlime juice
dashcardamom bitters

Garnish: pineapple leaves

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled coupe

Notes

A lovely pineapple daiquiri take that highlights the salted-banana funk of Smith & Cross jamaican rum.
