Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozvodka
- 3/4 ozgrapefruit
- 1/2 ozfresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ozelderflower liqueur
- 1/2 ozblanc vermouth
- 1/4 ozrich simple syrup
- 2 1/4-inch slice English cucumber
- club soda
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all the ingredients except soda water in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Add about 1 oz. of club soda to top.
