Ingredients: 0.5 oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup; 1.5 oz blended Scotch; 0.5 oz single malt scotch (preferably Islay); 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup; 1 oz lemon juice

0.5 ozTropical Passionfruit Syrup
1.5 ozblended Scotch
0.5 ozsingle malt scotch (preferably Islay)
0.5 ozcinnamon syrup
1 ozlemon juice

Garnish: cinnamon

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
3.
Strain over crushed ice in a highball glass

Notes

The Isle of Islay is a tropical, tiki-inspired cocktail that uses scotch as the base spirit, bringing a healthy amount of interest and complexity to a fruit-forward drink. An excellent cocktail for late Summer!
