2 ozbourbon (Castro uses Maker's Mark Cask Strength)
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 ozpineapple juice
½ oz. falernum
½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
2 dashesangostura bitters
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ½ oz. pebble ice and shake to briefly chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled filled with pebble ice. Garnish.
