Ingredients: 0.5 oz Demerara Gum Syrup; 2 oz bourbon whiskey; 0.5 oz falernum; 1 oz pineapple juice; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Ingredients

0.5 ozDemerara Gum Syrup
2 ozbourbon whiskey
0.5 ozfalernum
1 ozpineapple juice
0.75 ozlemon juice
2 dashesaromatic bitters

Garnish: mint & cinnamon stick

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add a couple cubes of ice and short shake for 5 seconds
3.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice
