1 ozclontarf 1014 irish whiskey
0.25 ozcointreau
4 dashangostura bitters
4 dashhouse peychaud's bitters
dry champagne

Garnish: 1 orange twist

Preparation

1.
Stir all the ingredients (except the champagne) over ice, then strain into a flute.
2.
Top with champagne.
3.
Garnish with the orange twist.
