Ingredients
- 3 piece
mint sprigs
- 2 oz
Plymouth gin
- ¾ oz
lime juice
- ¾ oz
simple syrup
- 2 dash
angostura bitters
- 2 dash
Peychaud's bitters
Garnish: 1 mint sprig
Preparation
- 1.
In a shaker, gently muddle the mint.
- 2.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the bitters) and dry shake, then dump into a pilsner glass.
- 3.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and swizzle until cold.
- 4.
Add the bitters and swizzle them into the top of the drink.
- 5.
Garnish with the mint sprig and serve with a straw.
