Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with a handful of pebble ice and whip shake briefly. Dump directly into a glass. Garnish. Hibiscus-Infused ReposadoBlend 750ml of reposado tequila with 25g of dried hibiscus on high in a blender for 2 minutes. Strain through a coffee filter. Holiday CordialAdd 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, 2 Tbsp. of thinly sliced ginger, 1 Tbsp. of vanilla paste, and 1 cinnamon stick to a pot. Heat to a simmer, then let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool for 1 hour before straining through a coffee filter.
