Hoi Polloi

• 1 ozhine h cognac
• 0.5 ozdried currant-infused wild turkey rye
• 0.5 ozmarie brizard white crème de cacao
• 1 ozpineapple juice
• 0.75 ozlemon juice
• 0.5 ozsimple syrup
• 1 dashangostura bitters

Preparation

   Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.

   Garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve with a straw.
