Highland Picnic

• 1 ozmezcal (Jimenez uses Montelobos)
• 1 ozreposado tequila
• 1/2 ozfresh lime juice
• 1/2 ozyuzu juice
• 1/2 ozsimple syrup (1:1)
• 1/2 ozagave syrup
•  egg white (pasteurized, if you like)

Preparation

   Shake all of the ingredients together in a shaker without ice. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish.
