Shake all of the ingredients with ice to chill, then double-strain into a chilled coupe.
Jalapeno-infused blanco tequila: Use a paring knife to remove the seeds and membranes from 4 fresh jalapeño peppers. Add the seeds and membranes to a 750-ml. bottle of blanco tequila (reserve the peppers for another use); strain after 20 minutes and use within 2 weeks.
