Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozamontillado sherry
- 1 ozWild Turkey 101 rye whiskey
- 1/4 ozrich demerara syrup (2:1)
- 1/2orange slice
Preparation
- 1.
In a shaker, muddle the orange slice. Add the remaining ingredients plus ice and shake to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish.
