Ingredients

6 piecegreen grapes
1.5 ozbombay london dry gin
0.5 ozkrogstad aquavit
0.25 ozVelvet Falernum
0.75 ozlime juice
0.5 ozgrapefruit juice
0.5 ozacacia honey syrup

Preparation

1.
Rim half of a coupe with toasted fennel salt.
2.
In a shaker, muddle the grapes.
3.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then double strain into the coupe.
4.
No garnish.
